Musical background: Started on drums at a very early age, since my grandfather, uncle and several other relatives played drums. When I was 16 I played in a first (cover)band and from there I've always played in band and/or projects, like Million Dollar Mistake en Displayed. 

Other bands/projects: Nothing at the moment, but who knows?

Favourite MindShade song: Carnival of Fools

Musical influences: Ed Warby, Ayreon, After Forever, Guns N’ Roses, Dream Theater, Terry Bozzio, and the list goes on and on.

Drumkit: Live I always use my Tama Superstar Hyperdrive in Sugar White size 24” x 18” Kicks (2 x), 10”x6.5”, 12”x7” Toms, 16”x14”  en 18”x16” Floortoms.
Snare drum: At the moment 13”x6.5” Tama Metalworks Snare drum. I own a couple of other Tama snares.

Cymbals: I play Amedia cymbals:. 13” and 14” Raw Rock hi-hat, 16” Classic Crash, 17” Vigor Rock Crash, 18” Vigor Rock Crash, 19” Classic Crash, 20” Azrat Ride, 18” Thrace China, 20” Eremya China, 12” Euphrates, 12” Classic Splash, 12” Galata splash, 8” Thrace splash.
